BLEND.PT SPARKLING WHITE

Grape varieties: Arinto Cerceal and Bical

Vinification: Cold decanting for 48 hours and fermentation at controlled temperatures. Gasification by CO2 emission method in a closed circuit for more than 24 hours, resulting in very fine and lively bubbles

Tasting Notes

Color: Light Citrine

Aromas: Lemonade, fresh fruit with tropical notes.

Palate: Notes of citrus, fruit, light touch of a lot of pastry.

Gastronomy: Ideal for aperitifs, it accompanies seafood, grilled fish, oriental food, pasta and salads.

Serving temperature: between 8ºC and 10ºC.
